Consultation & 3D Design
We visit your property, take drone photos, and measure the space. Then we sit down, learn how you use your yard, and build a 3D rendering so you can see your pool before anything gets approved.

Engineering & Permitting
Once the design is locked, we handle structural engineering, soil assessments, and every permit your city or county requires. You don’t chase paperwork because we handle it and keep you updated.

Excavation & Construction
We excavate, set the steel framework, run plumbing and electrical, and shoot the gunite shell. We keep a clean site and communicate what’s happening at every stage.

Finishes & Approvals
Surface finishes, tile, coping, and equipment all get installed and tested. Then we walk the entire project with you so you know every feature, every system, and every control before we leave.
